Step 1: Find a pair of Athletic / Sport shoes that you feel comfortable with and check the inside of the tounge to obtain measurements in centimeteres or inches. Some shoes depending where they are made you will only find it in centimeteres which is fine. 
Step 2: Check our size chart for Men or Women and locate in centimeters column(CM) or Inches (IN) column the measurement that is closet to that of your athletic shoe, so you will easily know which of our sizes fits you well.
