You can make a return request within 7 days of receipt of your item.
All items must in the same new, unworn condition (undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or visible wear on footwear, dirty outsoles), and in their original packaging to qualify for a return/refund.
Our team carefully inspects every sneaker before it ships out to guarantee the highest level of quality standards.
If your return upon arrival does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be returned to you and a refund will not be issued. We reserve the right to refuse returns at any time that do not meet all of these criteria.
Furthermore, as part of our quality control and return process, we require you to follow few steps and submit a short 15-second video where you can show us the relevant observations you have identified. Additionally, it is important to attach at least 3 photographs from different angles or profiles, clearly indicating the issue you wish to report.
We understand that these additional requirements may seem detailed, but they help us evaluate and address any issues quickly and efficiently.
Refunds take approximately 7-10 business days to be processed by our team, and depending on your credit card or bank, it may take 2-10 business days for the refund to post to your account after processing. Shipping Fees are not refundable.
