Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy
We want every pair to feel right. If something is not as it should be, here is exactly how a return or exchange works.

Request within 7 days
Write to info@milansalvatore.com within 7 days of receiving your item, with your order number and whether you would like a return or an exchange.

Show us the pair
Include a short 15-second video and at least three photos from different angles, clearly showing the item and any issue.

Send it back
Once approved, our team will send you return instructions. Pack the pair in its original dust bag.

Your refund
Refunds are processed in 7–10 business days after inspection. Your bank may take a further 2–10 business days to show it.
Condition of the pair
To be accepted, every returned pair must be:
- —New and unworn, with no creases or visible signs of wear
- —Undamaged and in a resellable condition
- —With clean outsoles
- —In its original dust bag
Good to know
- —Shipping fees are not refundable.
- —Returns that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to you without a refund.
- —Exchanges follow the same conditions and depend on availability — Final Edition sizes are not restocked.
- —Milan Salvatore may decline returns that do not follow this policy.
